Cancellation Policy

Clear guidelines on order, contract, and service cancellations for Jublee Dealers Private Limited.

Cancellation Windows

Refund eligibility is determined by the stage of order processing at the time of your written request.

✓ Before Dispatch

Full refund eligible (less minor processing fees). Production must not have started for custom orders.

⚠ After Dispatch

Refund subject to goods return and deduction of logistics/restocking costs.

✗ After Delivery

Standard cancellation closed. Returns only accepted for defective items per Refund Policy.

How to Request

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Verbal requests via telephone are not considered official until confirmed via email.

  • Turnaround: Acknowledgment within 2 business days
Note: For custom-manufactured or specially sourced goods, cancellations are not accepted once procurement has commenced.

Cancellation by Company

Jublee Dealers Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or regulatory changes. In such cases, 100% of the advance payment is refunded within 7 working days.

Standing Contracts

Recurring supply arrangements require a 30-day written notice for termination unless specified otherwise in your specific agreement.

Refund Coordination

Approved cancellations automatically trigger the refund process. Please refer to our Refund Policy for bank timelines.
