By engaging with us, you agree to these terms. Jublee Dealers operates as a Private Limited trading and dealing entity compliant with MCA requirements.
Warning: If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not proceed
with any transaction or engagement with the Company.

Payment & Transactions
- All orders are subject to written confirmation by the Company.
- Payments must be made in INR to Jublee Dealers Private Limited.
- Late payments may attract interest as per MSME/applicable laws.
- The Company reserves the right to withhold deliveries in case of outstanding dues.

Jurisdiction & Liability
Liability is limited to the invoice value of goods/services. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
